We want to thank you for a stress free home buying experience.  Over the years we
have made 8 company relocations and have purchased 10 homes.  This was by far
the fastest real estate purchase we have made to date.  Having a knowledgeable,
reliable and professional realtor certainly made it easier.  Your wonderful personality
was simply a bonus!

Buying property long distance is even harder.  You were always available to research
and respond to any questions, all in a timely manner.  Also greatly appreciated, was
your help in researching inspectors & various contractors, then meeting with them on
our behalf.

We also want to thank you for the tour of the Salt Lake City area.  It was a very informative
and enjoyable introduction to Utah.  We were quickly able to narrow down the areas/neighborhoods,
in which we were interested in buying.  (The tour also helped with "our" future tours for our
visiting family and friends.  We have already used it many times.)

Your guidance throughout the 4-month renovation was invaluable.  It's comforting to know,
that even months after the sale of the house, you were and remain available and willing to be
of assistance, (Even when the snow wouldn't allow an inexperienced Texas driver to Christmas
shop for the last pink telephone available for our granddaughter.)

We've enjoyed getting to know both you and your lovely wife Jessica.  We value your friendship.
